href=\"http:\/\/SARS-CoV-2:%20Luftreiniger%20beseitigen%2090%20%%20der%20Aerosole%20in%20Schulklassen%20Das%20Aufstellen%20von%204%20kommerziell%20erh%C3%A4ltlichen%20Luftreinigern%20hat%20in%20einer%20experimentellen%20Studie%20die%20Konzentration%20von%20Aerosolen%20in%20einem%20Klassenraum%20innerhalb%20einer%20halben%20Stunde%20um%2090%20%%20gesenkt.%20Laut%20der%20Studie%20in%20medRxiv%20(2020;%20DOI:%2010.1101\/2020.10.02.20205633)%20empfanden%20die%20Sch%C3%BCler%20und%20Lehrer%20die%20L%C3%A4rmbel%C3%A4stigung%20der%20Ger%C3%A4te%20%C3%BCberwiegend%20als%20nicht%20st%C3%B6rend.%20SARS-CoV-2%20und%20andere%20respiratorische%20Viren%20werden%20%C3%BCber%20Tr%C3%B6pfchen,%20Aerosole%20und%20durch%20das%20Ber%C3%BChren%20von%20Gegenst%C3%A4nden%20oder%20Personen%20%C3%BCbertragen.%20Tr%C3%B6pfchen%20werden%20durch%20eine%20Mund-Nase-Bedeckung%20zur%C3%BCckgehalten.%20Gegen%20eine%20%C3%9Cbertragung%20durch%20Ber%C3%BChrungen%20hilft%20die%20H%C3%A4ndedesinfektion.%20Eine%20Schutzma%C3%9Fnahme%20gegen%20Aerosole,%20die%20von%20einer%20Mund-Nase-Bedeckung%20nur%20unvollst%C3%A4ndig%20zur%C3%BCckgehalten%20werden,%20k%C3%B6nnten%20Luftreiniger%20sein,%20die%20im%20Fachhandel%20oder%20auch%20in%20Baum%C3%A4rkten%20angeboten%20werden.%20Diese%20Ger%C3%A4te%20enthalten%20neben%20einem%20Vorfilter%20f%C3%BCr%20groben%20Staub%20und%20einem%20Aktivkohlefilter%20f%C3%BCr%20gr%C3%B6%C3%9Fere%20Partikel%20einen%20%E2%80%9EHigh%20Efficiency%20Particulate%20Air%20Filter%E2%80%9C%20(HEPA),%20der%20Partikel%20in%20einer%20Gr%C3%B6%C3%9Fe%20von%200,1%20%C2%B5m%20bis%200,3%20%C2%B5m%20aus%20der%20Luft%20entfernen%20kann.%20Die%20Ger%C3%A4te,%20die%20ein%20Team%20um%20Joachim%20Curtius%20von%20der%20Arbeitsgruppe%20Experimentelle%20At-mosph%C3%A4renforschung%20an%20der%20Goethe-Universit%C3%A4t%20Frankfurt%20erprobt%20hat,%20verwendeten%20einen%20Hepafilter%20nach%20US-amerikanischer%20Norm%20(vergleichbar%20H13),%20der%20nach%20Angaben%20des%20Her%C2%ACstellers%20mehr%20als%2099,95%20%%20der%20feinen%20Partikel%20aus%20der%20Luft%20entfernt.%20Die%20Erprobung%20erfolgte%20im%20Klassenraum%20eines%20Gymnasiums%20mit%20einer%20L%C3%A4nge%20von%208,24%20m,%20einer%20Breite%20von%206,18%20m%20und%20einer%20H%C3%B6he%20von%203,66%20m.%20Dort%20wurden%2027%20Sch%C3%BCler%20unterrichtet.%20Die%20Forscher%20verteilten%204%20Ger%C3%A4te%20im%20Klassenraum%20und%20bestimmten%20w%C3%A4hrend%20des%20Unter-richts%20an%202%20Stellen%20im%20Raum%20die%20Konzentration%20der%20Aerosole%20sowie%20die%20CO2-Konzen%C2%ACtration.%20Die%20Messungen%20wurden%20auch%20in%20einem%20benachbarten%20Raum%20durchgef%C3%BChrt,%20in%20dem%20keine%20Luftreiniger%20aufgestellt%20waren.%20Vor%20Unterrichtsbeginn%20wurde%20gel%C3%BCftet.%20Alle%206%20Fenster%20an%20der%20L%C3%A4ngsseite%20und%20die%20T%C3%BCr%20ge-gen%C2%AC%C2%AC%C3%BCber%20wurden%20ge%C3%B6ffnet.%20Dies%20senkte%20zwar%20die%20CO2-Konzentration.%20Gleichzeitig%20kam%20es%20jedoch%20zu%20einem%20Anstieg%20der%20Aerosolkonzentration%20in%20der%20Luft.%20W%C3%A4hrend%20der%20Unterrichtsstunden%20nahm%20dann%20die%20Gesamtkonzentration%20der%20Aerosole%20wieder%20ab.%20In%20dem%20Raum%20ohne%20Luftreiniger%20kam%20es%20zu%20einem%20R%C3%BCckgang%20um%20etwa%2030%20%.%20Die%20Forscher%20f%C3%BChren%20dies%20auf%20das%20Absinken%20der%20Partikel%20auf%20die%20Oberfl%C3%A4chen%20sowie%20auf%20Schrumpf%C2%AC%C2%ACungsprozesse%20in%20den%20Aerosolen%20zur%C3%BCck.%20Auch%20die%20Luftfeuchtigkeit,%20die%20elektrische%20Ladung%20der%20Partikel%20und%20die%20elektrostatische%20Aufladung%20der%20Oberfl%C3%A4chen%20k%C3%B6nnten%20hier%20eine%20Rolle%20spielen.%20Die%20Luftreiniger%20beschleunigten%20den%20Abfall%20der%20Aerosole.%20Die%20Ger%C3%A4te%20setzten%20zusammen%20zwischen%20760%20und%201.460%20m3%20Luft%20pro%20Stunde%20um,%20was%20bedeutet,%20dass%20die%20Raumluft%20pro%20Stunde%20etwa%205,5%20Mal%20gefiltert%20wurde.%20Dies%20hatte%20nach%20den%20Messungen%20einen%20kontinuier-lichen%20Abfall%20der%20Aerosolkonzentration%20zur%20Folge.%20Sie%20fiel%20innerhalb%20von%2037%20Minuten%20um%20mehr%20als%2090%20%%20gegen%C3%BCber%20dem%20Beginn%20der%20Unterrichtsstunde.%20Die%20Reduktion%20betraf%20laut%20der%20Studie%20alle%20Partikelgr%C3%B6%C3%9Fen%20gleichm%C3%A4%C3%9Fig.%20Die%20Forscher%20sch%C3%A4tzen%20in%20einer%20Modellberechnung,%20dass%20die%20Luftreiniger%20das%20Risiko,%20dass%20ein%20%E2%80%9ESuperspreader%E2%80%9C%20andere%20Personen%20in%20dem%20Raum%20mit%20SARS-CoV-2%20ansteckt,%20um%20den%20Faktor%206%20senkt.%20Es%20handelt%20sich%20jedoch%20um%20eine%20Rechnung%20mit%20verschiedenen%20Unw%C3%A4g-barkeiten,%20sodass%20das%20Ergebnis%20spekulativ%20bleibt.%20Ein%20Weg,%20die%20Aerosolkonzentration%20im%20Klassenraum%20zu%20senken,%20best%C3%BCnde%20darin,%20auf%20das%20L%C3%BCften%20zu%20verzichten.%20Dies%20w%C3%A4re%20laut%20Prof.%20Curtius%20jedoch%20keine%20gute%20Idee,%20da%20die%20Luft-reiniger%20das%20CO2%20nicht%20aus%20der%20Luft%20entfernen%20und%20auch%20keinen%20S aerosoles en las clases escolares<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>En un estudio experimental, la instalaci\u00f3n de 4 purificadores de aire disponibles comercialmente redujo la concentraci\u00f3n de aerosoles en un aula en un 90% en media hora. Seg\u00fan el estudio en<em> medRxiv<\/em> (2020;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medrxiv.org\/content\/10.1101\/2020.10.02.20205633v2.full.pdf+html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> DOI: 10.1101 \/ 2020.10.02.20205633<\/a> ), los estudiantes y profesores encontraron en su mayor\u00eda que el ruido de los dispositivos no molestaba.<\/p>\n<p>El SARS-CoV-2 y otros virus respiratorios se transmiten a trav\u00e9s de gotitas, aerosoles y al tocar objetos o personas. Las gotas son retenidas por la boca y la nariz. La desinfecci\u00f3n de manos ayuda contra la transmisi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del tacto.
