href=\"http:\/\/SARS-CoV-2:%20Luftreiniger%20beseitigen%2090%20%%20der%20Aerosole%20in%20Schulklassen%20Das%20Aufstellen%20von%204%20kommerziell%20erh%C3%A4ltlichen%20Luftreinigern%20hat%20in%20einer%20experimentellen%20Studie%20die%20Konzentration%20von%20Aerosolen%20in%20einem%20Klassenraum%20innerhalb%20einer%20halben%20Stunde%20um%2090%20%%20gesenkt.%20Laut%20der%20Studie%20in%20medRxiv%20(2020;%20DOI:%2010.1101\/2020.10.02.20205633)%20empfanden%20die%20Sch%C3%BCler%20und%20Lehrer%20die%20L%C3%A4rmbel%C3%A4stigung%20der%20Ger%C3%A4te%20%C3%BCberwiegend%20als%20nicht%20st%C3%B6rend.%20SARS-CoV-2%20und%20andere%20respiratorische%20Viren%20werden%20%C3%BCber%20Tr%C3%B6pfchen,%20Aerosole%20und%20durch%20das%20Ber%C3%BChren%20von%20Gegenst%C3%A4nden%20oder%20Personen%20%C3%BCbertragen.%20Tr%C3%B6pfchen%20werden%20durch%20eine%20Mund-Nase-Bedeckung%20zur%C3%BCckgehalten.%20Gegen%20eine%20%C3%9Cbertragung%20durch%20Ber%C3%BChrungen%20hilft%20die%20H%C3%A4ndedesinfektion.%20Eine%20Schutzma%C3%9Fnahme%20gegen%20Aerosole,%20die%20von%20einer%20Mund-Nase-Bedeckung%20nur%20unvollst%C3%A4ndig%20zur%C3%BCckgehalten%20werden,%20k%C3%B6nnten%20Luftreiniger%20sein,%20die%20im%20Fachhandel%20oder%20auch%20in%20Baum%C3%A4rkten%20angeboten%20werden.%20Diese%20Ger%C3%A4te%20enthalten%20neben%20einem%20Vorfilter%20f%C3%BCr%20groben%20Staub%20und%20einem%20Aktivkohlefilter%20f%C3%BCr%20gr%C3%B6%C3%9Fere%20Partikel%20einen%20%E2%80%9EHigh%20Efficiency%20Particulate%20Air%20Filter%E2%80%9C%20(HEPA),%20der%20Partikel%20in%20einer%20Gr%C3%B6%C3%9Fe%20von%200,1%20%C2%B5m%20bis%200,3%20%C2%B5m%20aus%20der%20Luft%20entfernen%20kann.%20Die%20Ger%C3%A4te,%20die%20ein%20Team%20um%20Joachim%20Curtius%20von%20der%20Arbeitsgruppe%20Experimentelle%20At-mosph%C3%A4renforschung%20an%20der%20Goethe-Universit%C3%A4t%20Frankfurt%20erprobt%20hat,%20verwendeten%20einen%20Hepafilter%20nach%20US-amerikanischer%20Norm%20(vergleichbar%20H13),%20der%20nach%20Angaben%20des%20Her%C2%ACstellers%20mehr%20als%2099,95%20%%20der%20feinen%20Partikel%20aus%20der%20Luft%20entfernt.%20Die%20Erprobung%20erfolgte%20im%20Klassenraum%20eines%20Gymnasiums%20mit%20einer%20L%C3%A4nge%20von%208,24%20m,%20einer%20Breite%20von%206,18%20m%20und%20einer%20H%C3%B6he%20von%203,66%20m.%20Dort%20wurden%2027%20Sch%C3%BCler%20unterrichtet.%20Die%20Forscher%20verteilten%204%20Ger%C3%A4te%20im%20Klassenraum%20und%20bestimmten%20w%C3%A4hrend%20des%20Unter-richts%20an%202%20Stellen%20im%20Raum%20die%20Konzentration%20der%20Aerosole%20sowie%20die%20CO2-Konzen%C2%ACtration.%20Die%20Messungen%20wurden%20auch%20in%20einem%20benachbarten%20Raum%20durchgef%C3%BChrt,%20in%20dem%20keine%20Luftreiniger%20aufgestellt%20waren.%20Vor%20Unterrichtsbeginn%20wurde%20gel%C3%BCftet.%20Alle%206%20Fenster%20an%20der%20L%C3%A4ngsseite%20und%20die%20T%C3%BCr%20ge-gen%C2%AC%C2%AC%C3%BCber%20wurden%20ge%C3%B6ffnet.%20Dies%20senkte%20zwar%20die%20CO2-Konzentration.%20Gleichzeitig%20kam%20es%20jedoch%20zu%20einem%20Anstieg%20der%20Aerosolkonzentration%20in%20der%20Luft.%20W%C3%A4hrend%20der%20Unterrichtsstunden%20nahm%20dann%20die%20Gesamtkonzentration%20der%20Aerosole%20wieder%20ab.%20In%20dem%20Raum%20ohne%20Luftreiniger%20kam%20es%20zu%20einem%20R%C3%BCckgang%20um%20etwa%2030%20%.%20Die%20Forscher%20f%C3%BChren%20dies%20auf%20das%20Absinken%20der%20Partikel%20auf%20die%20Oberfl%C3%A4chen%20sowie%20auf%20Schrumpf%C2%AC%C2%ACungsprozesse%20in%20den%20Aerosolen%20zur%C3%BCck.%20Auch%20die%20Luftfeuchtigkeit,%20die%20elektrische%20Ladung%20der%20Partikel%20und%20die%20elektrostatische%20Aufladung%20der%20Oberfl%C3%A4chen%20k%C3%B6nnten%20hier%20eine%20Rolle%20spielen.%20Die%20Luftreiniger%20beschleunigten%20den%20Abfall%20der%20Aerosole.%20Die%20Ger%C3%A4te%20setzten%20zusammen%20zwischen%20760%20und%201.460%20m3%20Luft%20pro%20Stunde%20um,%20was%20bedeutet,%20dass%20die%20Raumluft%20pro%20Stunde%20etwa%205,5%20Mal%20gefiltert%20wurde.%20Dies%20hatte%20nach%20den%20Messungen%20einen%20kontinuier-lichen%20Abfall%20der%20Aerosolkonzentration%20zur%20Folge.%20Sie%20fiel%20innerhalb%20von%2037%20Minuten%20um%20mehr%20als%2090%20%%20gegen%C3%BCber%20dem%20Beginn%20der%20Unterrichtsstunde.%20Die%20Reduktion%20betraf%20laut%20der%20Studie%20alle%20Partikelgr%C3%B6%C3%9Fen%20gleichm%C3%A4%C3%9Fig.%20Die%20Forscher%20sch%C3%A4tzen%20in%20einer%20Modellberechnung,%20dass%20die%20Luftreiniger%20das%20Risiko,%20dass%20ein%20%E2%80%9ESuperspreader%E2%80%9C%20andere%20Personen%20in%20dem%20Raum%20mit%20SARS-CoV-2%20ansteckt,%20um%20den%20Faktor%206%20senkt.%20Es%20handelt%20sich%20jedoch%20um%20eine%20Rechnung%20mit%20verschiedenen%20Unw%C3%A4g-barkeiten,%20sodass%20das%20Ergebnis%20spekulativ%20bleibt.%20Ein%20Weg,%20die%20Aerosolkonzentration%20im%20Klassenraum%20zu%20senken,%20best%C3%BCnde%20darin,%20auf%20das%20L%C3%BCften%20zu%20verzichten.%20Dies%20w%C3%A4re%20laut%20Prof.%20Curtius%20jedoch%20keine%20gute%20Idee,%20da%20die%20Luft-reiniger%20das%20CO2%20nicht%20aus%20der%20Luft%20entfernen%20und%20auch%20keinen%20Sauerstoff%20zuf%C3%BChren.%20Die%20Messungen%20ergaben,%20dass%20die%20CO2-Werte%20h%C3%A4ufig%20%C3%BCber%20den%20empfohlenen%20Grenzwerten%20lagen.%20Die%20Forscher%20empfehlen%20den%20Schulen%20deshalb%20die%20Installation%20von%20CO2-Sensoren,%20damit%20Sch%C3%BCler%20und%20Lehrer%20kontrollieren%20k%C3%B6nnen,%20wann%20sie%20den%20Raum%20wieder%20l%C3%BCften%20sollten.%20Die%20verwendeten%20Luftreiniger%20werden%20f%C3%BCr%20etwa%20150%20Euro%20das%20St%C3%BCck%20%E2%80%93%20in%20Einzelmengen%20etwa%20ab%20260%20Euro%20%E2%80%93%20angeboten.%20Ein%20Nach%C2%ACteil%20ist%20die%20L%C3%A4rmbelastung.%20Eine%20Umfrage%20unter%20den%20Sch%C3%BClern%20und%20Lehrern%20hat%20laut%20der%20Stu%C2%ACdie%20jedoch%20ergeben,%20dass%20das%20Ger%C3%A4usch%20des%20Luftreinigers%20%C3%BCberwiegend%20als%20nicht%20st%C3%B6rend%20empfunden%20wurde,%20sofern%20das%20Ger%C3%A4t%20nicht%20auf%20h%C3%B6chster%20Stufe%20lief.%20%C2%A9%20rme\/aerzteblatt.de\">Zdroj: Ochrann\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm proti aerosol\u016fm, kter\u00e9 jsou pouze ne\u00fapln\u011b zadr\u017eeny krytem \u00fast a nosu, by mohly b\u00fdt \u010disti\u010de vzduchu nab\u00edzen\u00e9 ve specializovan\u00fdch prodejn\u00e1ch nebo \u017eelez\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b p\u0159edfiltru pro hrub\u00fd prach a filtru s aktivn\u00edm uhl\u00edm pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice obsahuj\u00ed tato za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u201evysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd vzduchov\u00fd filtr \u010d\u00e1stic\u201c (HEPA), kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee ze vzduchu odstranit \u010d\u00e1stice o velikosti 0,1 a\u017e 0,3 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed testovan\u00e1 t\u00fdmem pod veden\u00edm Joachima Curtiuse z pracovn\u00ed skupiny Experimental Atmospheric Research na Goethe University ve Frankfurtu pou\u017e\u00edvala HEPA filtr podle americk\u00e9 normy (srovnateln\u00fd s H13), kter\u00fd podle v\u00fdrobce obsahoval v\u00edce ne\u017e 99,95% jemn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic odstran\u011bn\u00fdch ze vzduchu.<\/p>\n<p>Testy prob\u00edhaly v u\u010debn\u011b gymn\u00e1zia o d\u00e9lce 8,24 m, \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce 6,18 ma v\u00fd\u0161ce 3,66 m, kde se vyu\u010dovalo 27 student\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci distribuovali ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b 4 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a b\u011bhem hodiny ur\u010dili koncentraci aerosol\u016f a CO ve 2 bodech v m\u00edstnosti<sub> 2<\/sub> -Koncentrace. M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed byla provedena tak\u00e9 v sousedn\u00ed m\u00edstnosti, kde nebyly instalov\u00e1ny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u010disti\u010de vzduchu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edstnost byla p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm lekce v\u011btr\u00e1na. Bylo otev\u0159eno v\u0161ech 6 oken na dlouh\u00e9 stran\u011b a dve\u0159e naproti. To sn\u00ed\u017eilo CO<sub> 2<\/sub> -Koncentrace. Sou\u010dasn\u011b v\u0161ak do\u0161lo ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrace aerosolu ve vzduchu.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem hodin pak celkov\u00e1 koncentrace aerosol\u016f op\u011bt poklesla. V m\u00edstnosti bez \u010disti\u010de vzduchu do\u0161lo k poklesu asi o 30%. V\u011bdci to p\u0159ipisuj\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic\u00edm klesaj\u00edc\u00edm na povrch a proces\u016fm smr\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed v aerosolech. Svou roli zde m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t tak\u00e9 vlhkost, elektrick\u00fd n\u00e1boj \u010d\u00e1stic a elektrostatick\u00fd n\u00e1boj povrch\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cisti\u010de vzduchu urychlovaly pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed aerosoly.
